Put valuable space in your home to work for you by remodeling your basement. Licensed and experienced builder will explain all facets of basement remodeling including planning, meeting building codes, estimating materials as well as the basics of home construction and finishing techniques. Also learn more about the structural aspects of adding a home theater. $15 extra for a building book & materials payable to the instructor. Cost of course is $85 - $99 dependiing on location. Oakland Builder's weekend classes are $115 and are all-inclusive*. The manual is included. Call site provider for more information. Spouse's discount of 1/2 fee, share the book and materials applies in most locations.

Refunds are not available.
Every effort will be made for a class reschedule, up to one year.
You will be responsible for a $10 processing fee should a withdraw be necessary.
